You can't type that joke out, it doesn't work. Because to be correct you'd have to typed it thusly:
"Which letter is last in "alphabet?"
(Notice no "the" and "alphabet" is in quotation marks? Right there is gives it a way...)
Sorry this is a verbal joke only. You just show your ignorance if you type it the way you did or you give away the punchline if you type it out properly.
Either way...it falls flat.

In the word it's "T" , in the real alphabet it's "Z" , but in the song it's "E" because "next time won't you sing with mE".
