a lot, i used play that prank we would get a bunch of people to look up and point at the sky, in town on the busyest road, cars would slow down and even stop it was so funny back then, so i would find out why every one was running first, Ive always been like that, not much of a follower any more,

Well, let's put it this way. If I turn around and see that all these people are running towards a cliff, and that a few of them have already gone over the edge, then I'll keep running in the direction I was running in before. Eventually you stop turning around.

Not very many probably 10. I dont want to looks stupid infront of other people so i wouldnt be the first or the last to start running. And im not that heroic so i defietly woulnt run towards it.

Most of them would have to be hauling a** the other way, with the look of dread on their faces. If it is only a few it may be a criminal "get-a-way" with ensuing danger. I'd just trip the guy and it would be over. Then I'd get the Key to the City. Or maybe not.

It depends. I would want to see what it was first before I started running. My curiosity has to be satisfied first. If it was something of immediate danger I probably would be the first one to go with my child slung over my shoulder.

Yike, that sounds scary. I probably wouldn't run till a large group was running or until I could see for myself what they are running from.

we did an experiment at uni where we stared up at an imagined object in the sky and occassionally people would look if one or two people were looking, but if there were three almost all the passers by looked. I think three

I never thought of that. Isn't it amazing though, when you're running away, the police and fire departments are running towards it?
