My rabbit has a bump on the side of her cheek. It just came out today and I she seems fine and acting normal. What exactly is it? Can it be cured?

Definitely visit the vet as any abscess will be painful for her. Get the vet to check her teeth & make sure it's not a tooth abscess in her gum. All abscesses need medical attention & medication otherwise it will just get much worse.

Feel the lump gently. If it's soft and came up quickly, then it may be an abscess caused by a bite, scratch or something imbedded in the skin (grass seed). If the lump is hard & round and located around her jaw line, then it may be a back molar abscess.

Tooth abscesses may not affect your bunny's eating habits or any of their behaviour. However, it will still be painful.

Normally when you see a bump around the mouth or head area like that, it is an abscess. I'd also recommend checking the teeth. Abscesses around the teeth can often be the direct cause of a teeth problem such as wolf teeth.

If it is an abscess, it should be curable. It just will need lanced (cut open) and drained, then your rabbit will probably need a shot of antibiotic to help fight the infection inside the abscess.

it might be an abscess, in which case it will burst when ready or it could be a hay sliver

You might want to take her to the vet and have them drain it.
