Well i need a good graphics card with at least 256 of mb and must have a great processor, with a good working GPU, but i want one that has an IN video not just OUT, you know the yellow female connection thingys, can anyone help me find one?

all video cards that have or had the yellow plug were not for video in, they are composite out for hooking up to a TV with composite in. what you are looking for is a video capture card which is different from a video card, you will need both. a decent capture card will cost about 90$ Dazzle makes pretty good capture cards. as far as a video card you can get the 7950gt with 512MB of ram for 230$ which is a superb card in every way for the money and if you wanna go a little cheaper you can pick up a 7900gt with 256MB of ram for around 120$ both cards aren't overkill but offer great performance and wont break the bank.

Greatest place to go is either http://tigerdirect.com or http://geeks.com (where I got mine). Very cheap for great products. I went with an Nvidia 256.
