Not all that nutritious - it has calories and carbs which would be great if you were starving to death. Ale was one of the major sources of energy during the middle ages. Anyway, if you want beer for dinner, go for it. Just try to get some nutrients at your other meals.

It's got a couple of food groups i it. Made from grain, that's good. No fat, that's good. some carbs for a little get up and go, that's good. Water, now how can water be bad?

I have made a meal out of it before but it isn't the greatest idea. Especially when you wife opens up a can of " Whoopasz " on you.
