there are african superheros. The newer green lantern, static shock, cyborg, bumblebee, hotspot, storm, spike, and more i can't think of now. Believe it or not most of these came out in the 1950s. As for asians their are some, there are so little that i don't realy remeber their names. To be honest i don't understand that because dc and marvel are anime by asians.

Why would we want to have Asian Superheroes why most of us already can do those flying kung-fu martial arts thingy. Don't you watch Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon? Everyone flies and is nifty with a sword. And we don't look half as silly as the US superheroes with their warped sense of "wearing underwear on the outside". Although Spidey is one cool superdude...
Besides, if we Asians really get into some bad siht with some humongous baddie, we can always call for Ultraman. Ultraman kick asss....

I don't know. But my guess is most of the comics were written back when racial tension was high. There have been some movies since with colored people as the super hero... X-Men storm is Holly Berry... Black mask was Jet Lee... So we as a whole are starting to accept colored super hero's...
