Kamer ruge, Bosnia/Herzgovnia- by the way is that a single country or what? but anyways only 14 people knew what i was talking about.
well why doesnt america show the public- every one is so into blood ang guts now- and why doesnt america do something, and dont tell me about Somolia, i mean common only about 20 rangers got killed, and 2 helicopters destroyed! And compared to the samolian casualties thats pretty low!

i know! the government always wants to hide the truth. like pat tillman and jessica in the military. maybe they think it'll keeps citizens happy. but think about it, if every person in america gave maybe a dollar to the people in africa, there'd probably be no more hunger, or medicine issues. people probably wouldn't die so frequently. and in the iraq war, over 600,000 civilians have died, and us troops compared to that is really low. something desperately must be changed
and the biggest problem, is that when people know, they begin to think the situation is hopeless and say something like "it's sad" and leave it like that. they don't take action. they don't care about anything that doesn't benefit their economy in any way. it's wrong on so many levels!

Many of us are aware of it even though it isn't getting the media coverage it deserves.

Most Americans are war weary. The body counts keep coming in and we want it over.

We are fighting two different wars right now. Many people criticize America for trying to police the rest of the world. The anti-American sentiment seems to have reached fever pitch.

The current Democrat controlled Congress will do absolutely nothing that they think will agitate American voters the year before a presidential election.

They are spineless and seem to have tunnel vision in the arena of international politics. They are trying to garner support for potential Democratic candidates with a strong anti-war, anti-Republican stance.

These people were voted into office, so at this point we are stuck with what we have.

America is more divided now than it has been in my life time.
I agree that something needs to be done.

I am hoping that the United Nations will convince America to take some action. Pretty much all we can do is hope.

What happened in Somalia wasn't "only" 20 rangers. They were 20 people who had families and lives to live. You cannot minimize that.

There are no victimless wars and unfortunately military intervention is not always a solution.

I'm sorry you have such a low opinion of America and Americans in general.

On behalf of my nation, I apologize for our shortcomings.

well i see that the other people before be did not understand
your question.
Genocide is bad and the united states does not care about africa. I am american and i know that most americans like diamonds, africa has a lot of diamonds. there are two reasons why america does not care #1 the attempt at geting rid of HIV/AIDS (which cannot be done with genocide) #2 they want diamonds. Some have even came up with the plan to perminently fix women in africa for they will not have children, they say it is to help ease the HIV problem but, i think it also has to do with population control.

This is what i thinks so don't get mad.
