You should try to catch The Return if you ever get a chance. They're an authentic tribute band faithfully reproducing the live performance of the Beatles - complete with a left-handed "Paul."
This their website: http://www.thereturnonline.com/
Or visit them on myspace: http://www.myspace.com/beatlestributeband
The Return tour mostly in the United States, though. If you're in Britain, I'd recommend The Cavern Beatles.

Edit: A third band you should check out are The Rutles. They're not an authentic tribute, but rather a parody group - known for such hits as "Let it Rot," and "Tragical History Tour." Those are fictitious, of course, but they did release two albums of original music inspired by "that other band." They released the self titled "The Rutles" in accompaniment with the mockumentary "All You Need is Cash." Then after the Beatles released their Anthology, The Rutles followed with "Archaeology." Here are their releases:

Saitama, Japan. Visit the John Lennon Museum. I was there last Fall, and was simply amazed. You can also join fan club such as follows, there are so many fan clubs across the world. In the US the fest for the beatles fans, or Beatlefest is the best.
