My wife and I are pretty much equal in this role. We tend to make choices together and work together to solve problems. As the husband my role is to make the best choice I can to protect my family and raise my son, my wife cotributes by offering suggestions and supporting my work. My wife has always stood beside me, which has not been easy. We have been married 14 years and are still happy. There are times when we disagree. It helps to talk a lot and learn to really listen.

I always pretend to be the boss, but in the end is 50/50.

My boyfriend tries to be but in the end, we both compromise. No-one is the boss.

85 % partnership........ 15 % he is boss....... that is the way it is SUPPOSED to be......... he has final say on a lot of stuff.......... God bless

no one in my house, me and my hubby are equal, i don't want to be bossed around so why would i be bossing him around?
