Why is it that judges always go on the womens side. You can have proof of all the wrong doings but still she gets what she wants. Why do men have no rights anymore?

I don't understand what you mean by "win". Marriage is a contract, and by divorcing you dissolve the contract. It's not a lawsuit unless you are pursuing an at-fault divorce. Missouri is an equitable distribution state, which means the couple's property is distributed in a fair (not equal) fashion. To paraphrase Mae West, "Goodness has nothing to do with it."

every state is a women state,remember before you get married what is your is your and hers is her but after the marriage what yours is hers along with whats hers hers also.
