You feel bad because you have heard and been taught that this is bad thing to do. 3 times a week does not make someone a nympho. 3 times a day is not even that out of the ordinary. As long as it is not interfering with your other life activities and you do not choose masterbation over having normal relationships with others, then you are no different then 95% of the people in the world.
