1)Light is electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength that is visible to the eye (visible light) or, in a technical or scientific context, the word is sometimes used to mean
electromagnetic radiation of all wavelengths.The elementary particle that defines light is the photon. The three basic dimensions of light (i.e., all electromagnetic radiation) are:
* Intensity, or alternatively amplitude, which is related to the perception of brightness of the light,
* Frequency, or alternatively wavelength, perceived by humans as the color of the light, and
* Polarization (angle of vibration), which is only weakly perceptible by humans under ordinary circumstances.
Due to the wave–particle duality of matter, light simultaneously exhibits properties of both waves and particles. The precise nature of light is one of the key questions of modern physics.
2)mass-energy equivalence is the concept that all mass has an energy equivalence, and all energy has a mass equivalence. Special relativity expresses this relationship using the mass-energy equivalence formula
E = mc2
where
* E = the energy equivalent to the mass (in joules),
* m = mass (in kilograms), and
* c = the speed of light in a vacuum (celeritas) (in meters per second).
3)There are all kinds of energies:
Mechanical-Potential and Kinetic
Electrical
Magnetic
Sound
Thermal
Binding Energy etc.

1. I think it is extremely fast moving Photons.
3. Energy types, Kinetic energy, thermal energy, soloar energy....and more
2. E = MC^2
This is simply statng ( on the right side) if you take a mass and accelerate it to (Speed_Of_Light)^2 in a vacum, you'll arrive at a very, very, very large number. This number is equal to that amount of energy required to accelerate this mass at this speed. Or we could say the state of the mass will change to pure energy, which means that an object is one form that matter can take, energy is the same thing but in a different form - the fast the acceleration of the object the higher the state of form. Solids will be the slowest form matter can take
i believe it was Carl Sagan who said " At the speed of light, for every pound your ship weighs it will require 1 billion tons of fuel." So that itself makes traveling at the speed of light impossible. The 1 lb requires 1 billion tons, then this is added together and will require a billion tons per lb, and so on and so forth. Hence, it will not ever happen.

This is a really complex question, y'know?
Light is our perception of a narrow range of the electromagnetic spectrum- the range of all types of electromagnetic energy.
Light is thought to be either a particle (a photon) or a wave, or both, since it behaves either way in varying instances. My favorite demonstration of the wave idea was brought to us by Issac Newton when he used two slits to produce an interference pattern from a light source.
E=Mc2 is the mass to energy equation- a way to determine how much energy is found in matter (atomic bomb) or visa-versa (producing something from pure energy).
It says that energy (E) = Mass (M) times the speed of light (c) squared.

Light is photons. That is the theory of relativity, which should be renamed as the theory of acceloration since even light can never fully reach the speed of light. There is many different energies of light, Visual light is at about 400 nm to around 760nm, Infrared being bigger than 760nm and Ultraviolet being less that 400nm, but really light is just as diverse as the number of stars in our galaxy.

light is a vibration(frenqency) in the atmosphere.That is only visable to you, when reflected off of an object .you cannot see "light". what you "see" is is a reflection of a freqency that is not being"absorbed"by the object you are lookig at. hope this helps .......................
