"Kick Out The Jams" by MC5 from 1968. The first song in the rock and roll era to contain an obscene word in the lyrics (motherf**ker).

At the moment it is "Bat Country" by Avenged Sevenfold. I can listen to it over and over, and love singing along with it on the highway. It's also based off Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, which is one of the coolest books/movies ever.
For staying power though, "Aneurysem" by Nirvana is great.
