Well, there is a Second City in cleavland, Ohio. I went to the one in Chicago and made a lot of great connections and they can teach you a few tricks of the trade and tell you who can get you where.

Call the LOCAL telvevision stations in your city and ask how you can get into the industry.
You're in a good area, because there will be less competition in West Virginia than if you were in NYC or L.A. or other major television market.

usually, a voice clip is all u need. Today with pwrpt and other software u may send a video resume and animate it!
