America can produce just about anything there is.
The sky's the limit.

I don't know where you get school shooters comment from. Two school shootings in a decade doesn't necessarily make a country "produce school shooters." But if you really want an answer, I'd have to say it's the country's lax laws on firearms. Compared to any other 1st world nation, it's extremely easy to get a gun and I blame their old laws that are, apparently, written in stone.

As for your "globe-trotting military invaders," I'm going to have to agree with you on that one. The only reason why 9/11 happened (and I'm not condoning 9/11) is because the US took it upon themselves to police the world and shove their philosophies down other countries' throats (think of how some religions do the same thing to others so you know how that feels). Some psychopath (Osama) decided to do something about that and did it the wrong way with such a huge civilian casualty. He should've worked harder and struck military targets. At least people who sign up know what they're getting themselves into.

Libya? When did we invade there? Qaddafi threatened everybody who came within 3 time the normal boundaries for international waters. Sure we fired some missiles, but that is far from landing ground forces. If you are referring to the Marines invading Tripoli, that was done because our ships were attacked by pirates 200 years ago. You forgot all the troops sent to Korea, Somalia, Kuwait, and Bosnia to help maintain the peace and stop hostile aggressors

As far as the school shooters are concerned, 99.999999% of our students turn out okay. Every once in a while one or two troubled students get a hold of some firearms and use them the wrong way.

Now let me ask you some. Why does Islamic culture make it alright for people to blow themselves up to kill infidels? What justification does an IRA terrorist have in car-bombing a bunch of people who have no say in the policies of the United Kingdom's government? Wouldn't it be better to win converts to their way of thinking without the bloodshed?

There are people in Vietnam, Panama, Nicaragua, Libya, Iraq and Iran who do not share your view. Most of them can only shut their mouth. The only common thing between the people in those countries and the people in the US is that they can say anything against the US government. That is what I like in American culture.

The following is a list of school shooting that have taken place OUTSIDE of the United States of America

Scotland, March 1996: Gun enthusiast Thomas Hamilton shoots 16 children and their teacher dead at their primary school in Dunblane, Scotland before killing himself.

Yemen, March 1997: A man with an assault rifle attacked hundreds of pupils at two schools in Sanaa, Yemen, killing six children and two others. He was sentenced to death the next day.

Germany, November 1999: A 15-year-old student in Meissen, eastern Germany, stabbed his teacher to death after taking bets from classmates he would dare commit the crime.

He was later jailed for seven years.

Germany, March 2000: A 16-year-old pupil at a private boarding school in the Bavarian town of Branneburg, shot a 57-year-old teacher, who later died from injuries.

The teenager - who also shot himself - was facing expulsion from school after failing a cannabis test.

Germany, February 2002: A former pupil killed his headmaster and set off pipe bombs in the technical school he had recently been expelled from in Freising near Munich.

The man also shot dead his boss and a foreman at the company he worked for before turning the gun on himself. Another teacher was shot in the face, but survived.

Germany, April 2002: Seventeen people killed after a gunman - a former pupil - opens fire in a school in Erfurt, eastern Germany. He then turned the gun on himself.

It's not just an American problem.

Bibles or gun in the classroom: which do you prefer?

Military invaders...? Why does the U.S. produce globe-trotting military invaders? I don't know. Why did you mess up my hamburger today at McDonald's when I came through the drive-thru?

I've read some pretty horrific cases of school violence in Japan. Eleven-year-old girl kills classmate: http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/english/doc/2004-06/02/content_335813.htm

And there are all of the "honor" killings in various Middle Eastern countries (and in other countries, too). Here's a case in Turkey: http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2002/02/0212_020212_honorkilling.html

Violence is spread throughout Iraq, and is encouraged by terrorist groups. I don't need to remind you of the methods of Al Qaeda.

I'm sure there are lots of other examples. It's not confined to this country.

Name one other county besides Sweden that has NEVER been invaded by an enemy force. Now, name more than five countries that the US. has not at one point had to aid in thwarting enemies. Example, all of you in Europe would be speaking German if the US wasn't so "Trigger Happy"

Also, school shootings, name one country that has never experienced a school/workplace/mall shooting.

1- stop talking

2- America did not create kids who shoot up schools. Bad parenting did. (In the case of Virginia Tech, I think it was more a case of not acting on the warning signs he put out)

3- we go after people who mess with us first

4- I will reiterate my first point... STOP TALKING
