please tell me, in how many ways can full duplex be attained ?

Exactly what are you asking? You want the same speed up as down? That is a different issue from full duplex. Full duplex just means you can receive and send a signal at the same time (simultaneous transmission). All phone lines are full duplex (thats how they work)

Data lines require full duplex equipment be installed at all points across the network (most are) some older networks were half-duplex and switched between send and receive. In practical use the user rarely would see the difference nor care.

are you referring to its transmission or it's reception?

basically, a transceiver can operate at full duplex depending on it's capability or specifications.
