I agree with the answerer who said that men don't care as much about who they're with. Women care more because women risk more in each act of sex. A man's physical reproductive role is complete after he ejaculates; a woman may still face a huge physical commitment. So it logically should matter a lot more to a female that she is having sex with a guy who gives a damn about her... the algorithm of evolution created us this way. That's why women can sell sex for a price to men, much more easily than men can to women - how good a lover you are matters not at all. It's why we have the 90-10 thing (90 percent of the time men ask for sex they're rejected; 10 percent for women). Of course, with contraception the risk may be nearly equalized, but that isn't going to change our nature.

The first issue is the assumption that women don't. They do.
Men accessing sex trade workers is a tad more common and more socially discussed due to the disparity in gender roles in society. Many women have always enjoyed their "boy toys". It's a smaller number, as historically women haven't had the financial resources to pay for male sex trade workers.
Men who access sex trade workers have the added benefit of a financial transaction. There is no emotional involvement and no requirement for a relationship other than sex. Women, on the other hand are taught to equate a physical act of sex with an emotional response of love.
Women just have a bit more social baggage to contend with than men -- a woman who sleeps around versus a man who sleeps around -- well, I think you probably know some of the terms that can be used.

I think women probably also worry more about catching a disease. however in a sociology class in college the professor said that it was very common for a man to go to a prostitute just to have someone listen to them because of not feeling close to their wives anymore. It's not always about sex

Because pretty much any girl can go to a bar or prety much anywhere and get someone to sleep with her if she wants. Guys are always Horney so even if she's ugly, some of them don't care. Guys on the other hand wouldn't really get far if they walked around saying, "Hi, wanna screw"?

sex comes to women. but mostly men have to try for sex. just a look from a women is enough and she will have a mob going after her. but for men he has to try and mostly fine it easier to get it for money.
