My Start Button is on the right side. instead of below the websites. && stuff. please help me?

You somehow drug your taskbar around, just click on the edge of it and pull it down towards the bottom, it should dock there. :)

Simply make sure that it's not locked and then click on a side and drag it back down to the bottom of the desktop. (You can also put it where ever else you may want it.)
Then, you may want to lock it by right clicking on it and selecting Lock the Taskbar so that you can't move it by accident.

is the whole taskbar on the right? if so, click on the tip of the taskbar and drag it to the bottom of the screen. it should work

drag your mouse to the taskbar then left click the mouse,click on lock the taskbar make sure its not checked after u click it then drag the taskbar back to its postion then click on lock the tackbar.

just left click on the task bar and hold your mouse button down and drag it back to the bottom.
