I look at my two ADF and they are grab to each other. one of the stomach is getting bigger than the other. Are they Mating? they have been grabed on for hours.

My boyfriend's adf's do the same thing, but they're all the same gender. I noticed one frog getting bloated, but it was some form of frog edema where liquid builds up under the skin. (we had to keep syringing and draining the poor thing but it wouldn't get better. It died)
It was almost like the one hugging it was trying to help squish the fluid out.

Hi I have 8 African dwarf frogs with my tropical fish. And I have had my frogs hugging so to speak. They say the male will grab on to female and hang on and they will do this for hours and they some times look like there doing circus acts. MY females are fatter than my males there is a a small dot underneath the males front legs that's is how u can tell them apart an the female is fatter. It's possible. What you describe sounds like a mating embrace (technically called amplexus).
