Sorry, but no. One is brown tones, the other is black tones. Your jacket would look better with either black pants or lighter grey pants. Khaki pants would look great with a jacket that is brown toned, or tweedy or anything in that earthy grouping.

The color is not so much of a problem as the fabric. With Khakis, you would want a microfiber blazer, preferably blue.
