I wanted to see if anyone out there has had a pregnancy by using frozen donor sperm?????? I am about a month away from my first procedure, and well.....I am nervous that it may not work. Anyway if anyone has a success story please share it and how many cycles did it take to achieve pregnancy? Serious answers only please.

I am sorry that I don't know all the details, but my cousin and his wife are expecting a baby in September that was conceived by artificial insemination. I do know that they purchased a certain amount of sperm and that she went through at least 2 (maybe 3) procedures before one resulted in a pregnancy. It was the last amount of sperm they had and it was the last procedure that "took". It was very frustrating and difficult for them, but we supported them as best we could. My cousin does not produce many viable sperm likely due to an excessive exposure to paint fumes and other toxins in his job as a car painter and detailer. They just found out that they will be having a little girl.
