it was New England. They added a ton of pieces. But a close second would be San Francisco. Both teams had a few weakness and addressed them. Both teams have the coaches to get it done as well. So with as weak as the NFC is and as good as New England looks it wouldn't surprise me at all to see both in the Super Bowl

Miami. They needed a good QB, and Beck is a really good one, his accuracy is the best, and he has a quick release like Marino did. He knows how to scramble out of the pocket and works real well under pressure and does not panic. He just lets loose the football, and throws it away if there's no one, and when there is someone open, it's gone before you even touch him.
They also improved on the O-Line, and they've needed help here for a while. IF they can block and keep Beck safe, and if we can run the ball like we used to, wow! Watch out D, you can be in for a rough one.
Of course, Miami has the top 3 Defense in the NFL, and if the D keeps the other teams O off the field and if Miami can score regularly every game, look for a real good team this year or next.

This one is a no-brainer, come on it's the New England Patriots. After signing Adalius Thomas, the Patriots have a solid linebacker core of Mike Vrabel, Tedy Bruschi, Roosevelt Colvin and Adalius Thomas. Also signing Donte Stallworth, getting Wes Welker from the Dolphins, and trading a 4th round pick to Oakland for Randy will help out the wide receiver positions. Also the Patriots signed DB Tory James, he will help the Cornerbacks for the Patriots. The Patriots are going to be the hardest team to beat this year

Definately not New England, anyone can step up on that team. I gotta go with Oakland, they gotta QB now, a WR in Mike Williams, their defense is already good. Plus they got in my opinion the best running back in the 4th round with Michael Bush. I grew up watching this guy, he played QB in high school and was a beast. Brohm was too good to not start at QB so Bush went to RB. He had 3 TD's in the first half against UK in the first game before he went down by Woodyard. He will be another McGahee coming back from injury. The Jets made the best improvements to win a super bowl with Jones, Revis, Barnes, and Harris. I think its easy to say that Brady Quinn will make the biggest impact on the Browns, and the Cardinals Lineman they selected 5th overall, I dont know his name.

How about a good teams getting better-
-New England with Adalius Thomas, and Kelly Washington and Donte Stallworth and Wesley Walker looked good. Oh yeah that got that other speed WR. What was his name? Moss perhaps
-Baltimore getting MgGahee for a song was big
-Miami if they get Trent Green and the cowardly Porter will be huge
-Cincy with Hartwell was good
-New Orleans with Brian Simmons and KK
Mediocre looking good
-SF looks like they got more pieces of the puzzle with high dollar corner and nice draft
-Arizona got some nice draft players
Bad team not so bad
-Cleveland helped themselves out a ton. Course they will still be bad but they will be looking better and will be competitive

The Patriots made the biggest improvement of all the contenders. The 49ERS made the biggest improvements overall to help their team over the next few year.

Of course oakland, Jamarcus Russell
But i think the big improvement is the Cleveland Browns,
They got Brady Quinn of the 21st pick and they picked Joe Thomas 3rd.... I can see a big change for them in the future.
