Yes, but it died. Thanks for dredging up those painful memories. Playing in the yard with Rocky, that was his name, I called and called but he rolled into the street anyway. I don't blame the driver, there just wasn't enough time to react. It, it was horrible. I had nightmares for months. Seeing little Rocky stop and look at me then the look of shear terror as the Javelin bore down on him. The awful sound of screeching rubber and rock. I've tried to forget, but you know how it goes, you're walking by a neighbor's garden and you think you see him next to the rose bush... you see him next to the garbage can... Rocky is everywhere. Rock on Rocky, wherever you are!

My sister had several pet rocks that I was not allowed to touch. Perhaps I would have knocked their googly eyes off. Stupid fragile rocks.
