i used to watch it when i was a kid, i can remember everything about it except the title and the names of the characters. its an anime show in cartoon network, in 1998. its about this girl who becomes a super hero lady, she has two friends who are guys that have super power jewelry. one has a bracelet, and the other one has a ring. one of them can turn into a baby wolf, and the other has other powers. please help me!!

I know which anime you are talking about. I used to watch it and love it. The anime is Akazukin Cha Cha. Riiya is the guy who has the ability to transform into a little wolf, Shiine is a magician and Cha Cha is the girl who would transform into Magical Princess Holy-up when all three have their powers combined in the name of Love, Courage and Hope.
