For me (2 kids) the first symptoms were fatigue. I remember laying in bed much earlier than I would ever go to bed thinking "why am I so tired?" The 2nd pregnancy I thought, "The last time I felt this tired was.... (gasp)... OMG, am I pregnant?" I went and got a test and the answer was YES.
I hope this helps you!

if you are charting, then they say that you are pregnant after the 18th day of elevated temps. If your not charting, then you will have to take a test. Alot of pms symptoms are a lot like pregnancy symptoms.

Well, Dave Barry once said, "Never assume a woman is pregnant unless you can actually see a baby coming out of her."

if you miss a period and then nine months later you have a baby, there's a good chance you're preggers.
