If so what what the song and why did it make you cry?

P.S.- after the vote results, I can't ask any chauvinist questions for the rest the night.

Yes. Um, I'm not sure I want to admit what song... Let's just say, I've been through a pregnancy, and there's a while there where Hallmark cards provoke tears.

Awww who told you no more questions?

Yes to your answer. There are some songs that just do it to me.
It is worse at some times than others of course. When I am heartbroken, or feeling great loss, as when a mate has died or left me, ANYTHING by Roy Orbison, especially Crying, will push me over the edge.

I'm Not in Love by 10CC did it to me as well. There are SOO MANY great songs to bring tears.

It really depends on the mood and the circumstances.

I dont't think so. The only songs that might have made me cry would be the ones that reminded me of my school right around graduation time. But I don't think it ever happend when I heard one of those songs in a public place. And I don't even remember the songs that would have made me cry.

It's ok if you stop asking sexist questions, but please keep asking questions anyway, lol.

Yes. Here's the story:

I was called to the emergency room after my dad suffered a heart attack. When I got there he was dead. The staff gave us time to be with him. I stood by him, stroking his face, holding his hand, not believing what had happened. I suddenly noticed a song being played. It was LeAnn Rimes; How Do I Live Without You.

About a week later I was in a resturaunt with my husband and my mom. The song came over the sound system. I began to cry. My mom suddenly realized the song, too, and we had to leave. Only about a week had passed. It was just too soon to hear that song again. I still get choked up when I hear it. To top it off, my dad really thought LeAnn was a cute little girl and loved to hear her sing.

Here are the words:
How do I get through one night without you
If I had to live without you
What kind of life would that be
Oh I, I need you in my arms
Need you to hold
You're my world, my heart, my soul

If you ever leave
Baby you would take away everything good in my life
And tell me now

How do I live without you
I want to know
How do I breathe without you
If you ever go
How do I ever, ever survive
How do I
How do I
Oh, how do I live

Without you, there'd be no sun in my sky
There would be no love in my life
There'd be no world left for me
And I, oh Baby, I don't know what I would do
I'd be lost if I lost you
I
f you ever leave
Baby you would take away everything real in my life
And tell me now

How do I live without you
I want to know
How do I breathe without you
If you ever go
How do I ever, ever survive
How do I
How do I
Oh, how do I live

Please tell me baby
How do I go on

If you ever leave
Baby you would take away everything
Need you with me
Baby don't you know that you're everything good in my life
And tell me now

How do I live without you
I want to know
How do I breathe without you
If you ever go
How do I ever, ever survive
How do I
How do I
Oh, how do I live

how do I live without you
how do I live without you baby
how do I live....

I am stunned you are actually asked a caring question...

I always cry when I hear "Tears in Heaven" by Eric Clapton. It reminds me of my best friend who passed away way too young.
