Impeached or resigned - Andrew Johnson (impeached in 1868 by the House, not convicted in the Senate), Richard Nixon (resigned in 1974 amid impeachment proceedings), Bill Clinton (impeached by the House in 1998, not convicted in the Senate in 1999).

Johnson!!
Clinton was impeached by the house however to be impeached as president he also needed confirmation from the senate. All that was needed was a majority of the vote. 55 voted not guilty 45 guilty. So in fact president Clinton was never legally impeached.

So, technically there may not be a President that was impeached. I may be wrong.
