Give me your opinion, about taking your shirt off in the summer and when you work-out. Do you think taking-off your shirt is a manly thing, to show that you are something you want to admit? What do you think?

No---not manly---taking my shirt off feels good.
I'm in fairly good shape, but my physique is not likely to inspire women to chase after me. It's just, sometimes, it feels good to have the shirt off.
Pants, too---but that's another story...when alone in the woods or the mountains, have been known to shuck it all. Not an awe-inspiring sight, but feels good.

Heck, if I had a good body that I worked hard on to get I would show it off proudly by going shirtless. It's a manly thing just as long as you don't act like God's gift to every woman in the world. I wouldn't be obnoxious about it.

I dont think it's something that most guys do to be manly, I do it because I live in Santa Barbara, and when I go for a run on the beach in the middle of July it's about a 100 degrees.

I take my shirt off when I am running the cross country down a trail that NOBODY travles on and on back roads that are not traveled down much. I don't go shirt less too much. I personally don't think the naked body is bad male of female. I don't see a problem with either male or female going topless. The problem is not the nudity it is the lust. Once you start lusting over a persons naked body than it becomes an issue.

The rule is that most people who go shirtless or nude for that matter are usually the people no one wants to see shirtless or nude.
