is when ur calling ur bank or any other place u might be calling and all u want to do is talk to a live person and u cant seem to get there!!! i was calling my bank and i kept pressing 0 and it just would no work then i finally got somebody dont u hate that??????????????????????????

It is beyond irritating. I wish I could go into their dumb computer system and fry that stupid voice. All I want is the option to talk to someone who has a heartbeat. Is that so much to ask?

I hate it but the phone company LOVES it since they get to charge you for that entire time.
