This question reminds me of MR. FAD from the 80's and those damn octopus things you threw to the fridge and yes I was wearing the tyedyed (cringing at the thought now)

In high school, it was those damn rubber shoes called Jellies. You could buy them for about $0.99 a pair, so I would babysit, make $5 and buy 5 new pairs of them. Currently, I am really into the whole MySpace fad.

In my teen years, what fad didn't I get into? lol. Nowadays, at the ripe old age of 31, I go more for comfort, and not much that is "in" is comfy, so I'm SOL.
