Roaches and rats hide in walls and underground these locations provide maximum protection from blast and the initial radiation hazard. Their high rates of reproduction and the young ages at which they start limit the effects of long term radiation residuals. The major problem with your question is raid effects individuals and the data on nuclear survival is based on area populations.

I got news for you. Roaches can survie Raid, too.
The only way to eliminate roaches in the home is with repeated treatments. The problem is that there is no chemical capable of killing the eggs that won't also cause harm to humans and pets, so there's nothing even the professionals can use in strengths sufficient to do that.
Knowing that the gestation of the eggs and the time to become fertile after hatching is about six weeks, the only way to really get rid of roaches is to treat the home every six weeks for about four treatments.
This would be thoroughly impractical with nukes.

The main ingredient in Raid is propoxur which is a Carbamate insecticides These bind to the neurotransmitter acetylcholinesterase and other cholinesterases. This results in disruption of nervous impulses, killing the insect or interfering with its ability to carry on normal functions. Carbamate insecticides have similar toxic mechanisms but have a much shorter duration of action and are somewhat less toxic on that basis.

Nuclear blasts don't include bug poison. Just a lot of radiation and heat and stuff.
