how do replace my agp graphics fx 5200 with 7300 gt,shall i just take out the old one and replace it with the new one and then update the drivers?

Yep, i would remove the drivers of the older graphic card and all of the stuff associated with the graphics card, and then after all that is done turn it off, then open it and put it in and start it up and pop in the cd simple as that, and don't install drivers from the cd, downlaod them from the site, because they might be more updated.

Yes, as easy as that. But do you have 8X AGP or just 4X? A 4X AGP slot would just bottleneck a good and fast 8X AGP card.
