Incontinence means that you have little or no control of your bladder or bowel movements. This means that you may or will urinate or defecate without even knowing it is going to happen until you feel the wetness or feces and there is nothing that you can do about it.
If you have this problem there are specially made underwear for you. Kind of like adult pull-ups. It could be due to age, disease or an accident that leaves your paralyzed from the waist down. It depends on where the damage is in a persons back.

Incontinence means a lack of control over urination (peeing) or deification (pooing). It can be any where from a minor leak to a major, full on, can't hold it at all.
There are medical conditions that it can be an indication of, but one third of women who have given birth will experience urinary stress incontinence - when you cough or sneeze you get a little wet. That's mostly due to the area having been stretched during pregnancy and birth. Pelvic floor exercises can help greatly in this case.

Incontinence is a person's lack of control over the body's excretions. For example, there's "urinary incontinence" which is the loss of bladder control and even "fecal incontinence", one's inability to control their bowel movements.

Inability to control body functions. Urination, or bowel movements. Now their is an exercise to help your urinary incontinence. You try to exercise the muscles that control urination. You try to stop urinating several times when you are urinating. This will eventually stop that incontinence.
