I've been trying to play Carrie the Caregiver and I can't play it because I get an error message, wat 2 do?

I download it and once I start to play it freezes and it tells me that a fatal error has occured and then it shuts down.

Follow the instructions in the message. It might say that you can't play because your computer doesn't support the program that is behind the game. It will ask if you would like to install the program. Click on yes and your game will load from there.

If you get a message saying that the loading process has been blocked, you may have to exit the game window, go up to your main Toolbar and unlock your Explorer settings, (if you have such an option) then repeat the steps, but lock it again quickly when you're done.
