Check your potatoes, onions, garlic, and any fruit you have out. They are coming from something. Check around to see if something rolled under a table aor cabinet that you can;t see. Once you get rid of the source, they will dissappear. You have something sprouting somewhere.

Some well-placed glue traps around the area where you see the gnats should work in this case without the need for poisonous sprays. Make sure that you keep them away from children and pets.

I clean profesionally...and little gnats usally come from fruit and some vegetables left out in the open. If you do not have that out in the open they are coming rom your drains, try pouring bleach down your drains all throughout your house, even tubs and flush in the toilet.
