NR means No Reserve
No Reserve means that the seller doesn't have a set price that the bidder must exceed to win the item, so if you bid $1.60 or so then you will win it if you're not outbid.

Well, Baby Boo, It sounds to me like it may be a Movie Rating. It means that a movie is not rated by the movie rating people. It usually refers to foreign films or films that don't care to be rated, like adult films. (yuck!)
