What you could put with them would depend on the size of the tank and your filtration. Really any tropical fish that wouldn't harass them would be okay: livebearers, danios, neons, dwarf gourami, cherry barb, betta, rasboras, glass catfish (harder to keep)...

For a dwarf frog, the water shouldn't be more than 12" deep, so even in a 10 gallon with a filter, you could choose a couple of fish.

I actually just bought an african frog today, and the lady next to me in line said that when she bought her frog, she put it in her fish tank that had tons of fish of various sizes... She said once it got bigger it ate them all! So whatever you put with it, make sure it's not an expensive fish, lol.

edit: I just found a website that says goldfish are good to house w/ your frog because they are not agressive. And to the people below me... Just because you disagree w/ me does not mean I am wrong. The frog I bought IS a clawed frog.. I forgot to type that up ^ ^ there ^ ^.The woman told me her frog ate all her fish. I was simply relating what she told me. So there.

Any tropical community fish under 5 inches would be all right. NO CICHLIDS!!!

The lady above me is wrong. DWARF frogs eat small bugs and particles off the bottom of the tank. African CLAWED frogs are the frogs that eat fish.

I have ADFs and I would hesitate to put other fish in with them, simply because the ADFs have bad eyesight and take a while to find and eat their food. If there were fish with them, I would have to somehow keep the fish from gobbling up all the food before the ADFs found it.

I have also heard of ADFs biting fishes' fins, thinking that they are food. This must be pretty stressful for the fish.

The folks over at talkto.thefrog.org are pretty adamant that frogs should not be mixed with other species, not even other species of frogs.

A pair of platys or silver mollies would be good for a ADF tank. Also Pearl Danios or Any small fish that doesn't need to be in a scool of 5 or more.
