I have grown this bulge on the tip of it. However, it does not hurt or seem sore. There is no reddening but has not happened before.

i am still a virgin, however, i have not had sexual intercourse so i believe i cannot have contracted an STD (i have not done drugs either).

it feels like a bulge of fat... nothing more really. but it really concerns me because I just woke up and took a shower with that appearing not being there before.

Sounds like an STD. if I was in your place I would contact my doctor as soon as possible. In certain diseases, they are easier to treat in earlier stage and they sort of go out of control in if you wait too much.

Is it a bulge. The glans does grow and bulge. Or is it a lump at the very tip near or on the opening from the urethra from which your pee flows and your semen shoots out (not at the same time)? Then the lump might be related to your urine. Have a doctor check your urine for infection.

Have you been in a situation where you might have picked up a sexually transmitted disease with difficulty urinating? Then it would be a good time to see your doctor or go to the ER to have a doctor look at it. Doctors have seen hundreds of penises all kinds short and long, crooked and straight, cut and uncut. So don't be ashamed. It might be an infection or some kind of growth under the tip.

If you are uncircumcised and have a tight foreskin that you can't easily retract, then you also need a doctor to check you out and make it possible to wash your glans (head) twice every day with warm water and a very mild soap. If you have a very, very tight foreskin (phimosis), then the ultimate cure for irritation and recurring infections is circumcision which is a good idea anyway.

I have found, from personal experience, that it is always best to carry it with you,you never know when you are going to need it.As for the bulge thing, show it to your doctor, who is far better qualified than most of the people on here.and will have the added advantage of being able to have a look at it.Speaking for myself,I would have no desire to have to look at or touch*shudder* your ailing willie.

If you are concerned, see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.
