Is this based on a real person? (John Brown the Abolitionist?) or someone you are just making up for your assignment?

As for what you can charge him with, you already have the basis :terrorisim: just research what "acts" are considered terrorism and what kind of terrorism you want to focus on.

google is your friend. (and you can narrow it down by how your STATE defines terrorism as well, and weight that against what the Federal crime of terrorism is)

We are Truly throwing around the Terrorism word, without having a clue what that means. Tell your teacher this absolute non-sense.
John Brown was a racist. Who did terrible things.
However a Terrorist is wholesale destruction to a means where niether thiei own life, their intended victims life, nor any innocent bystanders life is meaningless.
So, I have to tell you I think whoever came up with this idea was very irreasponsible......

You cannot file on the behalf of others, unless you are agreed-upon counsel. This includes class action suits.

Otherwise, you need to be the "victim," in order to have STANDING to file the suit.

You need to plead each allegation specifically, and you need a "Prayer," or damages statement at the end.

Good luck!
