Can you say RASHAN SALAAM! (No, really, can you say it?)
Well, I double checked, and if you're gonna be technical, then you can count him out, because he was drafted by Chicago in '94. But really that's not SOOOO long ago. He could conceivably still be playing if he had pulled off a Walter Payton or Emmit Smith type of career.
I guess you might also be able to count Rickey Williams since he hasn't played near as much as he should have due to his problems.

I just wanted to add a couple more players that have not been mentioned yet.
Steve Spurrier-QB Florida in 1966. He beat out Bob Griese for the Heisman and was taken one spot ahead of Griese. I believe everyone can guess who is now the Hall of Famer and who finished their career with 40 TD's and 60 Int's.
And how about Andre Ware who became the first black QB to win the Heisman in 1989. Was drafted 7th overall in 1990 draft by Lions and given a $1 million signing bonus. The next 4 years the guy only played in 14 NFL games and then played in the CFL backing up Doug Flutie.
Archie Griffin was a huge bust in 1976 but he was already said. Just wanted to point out that he was the only 2 time winner of the Heisman. Talk about high hopes.

Mike Rozier - 1983
This Nebraska RB was a great college player. Then he was drafted 2nd overall into the USFL. Played for 2 years in the USFL, 1 with the Pittsburgh Maulers and 1 with the Jacksonville Bulls. Then he played for the Houston Oilers for 4 years, before finishing his football career with the Atlanta Falcons. In 8 years in pro football, this Heisman winner rushed for only 4,400 yards, eclipsing the 1000 yard mark in a season only once. Once great, quickly forgotten.

Salaam, Wuerfuel, Ward, Weinke, and Crouch in modern times. There were a lot of busts from the 60's and early 70's including Terry Baker, Pat Sullivan, Joe Bellino, Steve Spurrier, Gary Beban, John Huarte, Steve Owens, Billy Cannon. Most overrate award in sports.

Not sure about RB's. I don't really know of any RB's that were heisman since '95 except Dayne and Bush.
