I am so sorry that you are so stupid to believe that Paris Hilton is a role model. I know girls from the Moulin Rouge that are better role models than that you-know-what. If you aspire to live a life of making tapes where you suck cocks, then send one to me, honey. Why don't you actually pick up a book and learn about REAL role models? I would start with learning about the Seneca Falls Convention. Maybe then you'll actually get perspective on hardship.
She is lucky that the judge didn't send her to jail for longer. She could of killed someone. Five weeks in jail is not harsh for attempted murder.
I am just glad to know that there is a broomstick waiting for her *** in jail.

Paris Hilton a role model. Have you taken leave of your senses. Paris a role model my foot. Paris is a skanky wild party girl who was caught driving drunk with no drivers liscense. Drunk Drivers kills innocent people every second of the day. Celebrities arent role models. People are idiots for looking up to them. Theyre not perfect. No one is perfect. Paris shouldnt get off the hook for violating her probation. If it were an ordinary person who violated their probation he/she would be sitting their butts in jail right now. Paris thinks cause shes rich and famous that shes above the law. She isnt. The law is for everyone to abide by. Paris is a spoiled selfish skanky brat who thinks she can get away with everything cause of her wealth and fame.

Being a supermodel does not excuse one from obeying the laws. DUI presents a clear danger to the public. What has she done to show that she values the lives and welfare of others? Does she personally donate TIME to help the homeless? Does she personally help with food distribution programs? Does she even attend AA meetings?
You say that she 'shows us images of how we aspire to live ... nice cars, expensive designer outfits, accessories and luxuries', but is what you describe really how any of us should aspire to live? Should we aspire to live for self-indulgence? Shouldn't we rather live for the betterment of all humanity and the world?
Either way, it doesn't matter. Whether a person is a self-indulgent socialite party-girl or a saint who takes a vow of poverty and helps homeless lepers: both are equally protected by the law and both are equally accountable under the law. God bless America!

Paris Hilton, a role model? Yes, for vapid IT-Girl wannabes. The law is the law, nobody should be above the law, no matter who they are, or how much money they have. However, I think it is harsh to lock her up with the worst of the worst in a maximum security prison, surely there are minimum security women's prisons in California.

look she broke the law...end of story..do the crime pay the time...she was arrested on a DUI..she got a pass..she got probation and her license was revoked..she was stopped twice afterwards
this won't be anything longer than a month...it won't be 45 days...
turkey bologna sandwiches, cereal for breakfast and dinner is at 4pm and it'll be chicken burger patty and it is lights out at 10pm...
she will get harrassed-she will have no cell, no blackberry, no blue tooth nothing...there are those who feel she won't be there for more than a week or two..
it is her blatant disregard for authority that has put her in this hot water...she showed up for court late AFTER having broken probation..
and that is just it....the jail thing will help her become "the bad girl" she'll be this socialite with a record...she will only get bigger after this..and I KNOW that she won't be part of general population..they have to protect her a little bit...like they do to the rest of the hollywood celebs..

Shes a spoilt little rich ***** who thinks she's above the law.
She broke the law & should be treated exactly the same as anyone else who breaks the law.
If you want to be like her & see her as a good role model then I feel sorry for you - all she's got is money, money isnt everything & if having money means Id be like her Id rather not have any.

it is approximately time that a "prosperous" movie star gets at the back of bars for the regulations they wreck. we are residing in country the place all could stick to the words of the regulations available and once you wreck them, take the consecuences. It should not be counted that she has movie star prestige and that i think of it is ridicilous that her mom referred to as the prosectutor pathetic. what's pathetic is how each and all the prosperous snobs think of they stay above the regulation. She knew what she became into doing the full time and the full time she became into probable thinking how she would not might desire to be concerned approximately entering into any worry because of the fact bear in concepts human beings, she is Paris Hilton... 40 5 days in prison, useful!!!

Paris 'works' only where there is publicity for herself. She is a 'poor little rich kid' who thinks she is above the law. That cannot be right in anyone's eyes. You break the law you must pay for it whether you are the richest or poorest person in the land. If she were a role model she would not have driven her car absolutely knowing she was suspended!!!
