Just FYI, since Peyton debuted in 98, and the card was from 2004, it's not an actual rookie even though it references his rookie year.
Based on the information you gave, I think it's this card...

The book value on this card is $5, but book value almost never corresponds with what it can be sold for. It's usually much lower.
