The second one is way worse. What's so bad about being a know it all? If you know it all, then you know it all, it's good to be smart. But if you THINK you know it all....then you have a problem.
I don't know what I am, but I'm not dumb....or a genius.

A know it all. They usually have no idea what they're talking about, and then you get the wrong info. A dumb a*s at least is honest about it.
