I want a man to be a gentleman. Is that too much to ask. No I will not kiss you on the first date. I want some romance. Is this weird because I am a teen? Most teenage boys don't want any of that. I want to be swept off my feet. What's wrong with all you boys?

That's the problem right there: they are all BOYS. Wait until you're a little older and then you will find some more mature adult, guys....although they are few and far between too sometimes.

no, that's not weird. It's just that in today's teen world of 'bling' and pop culture, that's not stressed at all to most teens...especially if the parents are too busy with their own problems or the parents themselves do not have values.
You'd have to find a boy who was raised in a good home with parents that have values and actually taught their son...and hope that the boy hasn't been influenced by the pop culture too much.
If you live in a major city or urban sprawl area...good luck. I'd suggest possibly looking to a more rural area.

You answered your own question whether you realized it or not. The key word here is "boys". Don't expect a teenage boy to be mature enough to romance you the way you want. They have to grow up some more and not be so full of themselves before they are ready to romance anyone. Be patient and just have some fun with some light dating and such.

depends on how old u are. no thats not too much to ask. every lady should want a gentleman. and never kiss on the first date. to me that tells the guy that he can do anything to u. dont worry though u will find the right one. just wait.

On the other side of the fence, when I was a teen (I'm only 23 now) all I could find was women who wanted to get blasted and have one night stands. I think it all depends on the crowd you hang out with and the vibes you put out there. Make it clear (Be verbal!) that you want romance and fuzzy warm bunnies.

I don't think there is anything wrong with it, however, it is somewhat idealistic in today's society. You will just end up being disappointted in the long run if you keep your expectations too high. Try and remember that guys are human too and want love and affection and to be wooed just as much as girls do. Try and remember that a man is a man and he is going to be in a relationship as much for himself as for you. You shouldn't need a knight in shining armour, just a man who is real and true.

Boys your age hit their sexual peak so thats what they usually want at your age. Its not weird at all that you want a nice guy.. More guys should be romantic and care about you and not want just sex from you. Your just at that age where its not likely you will have a lasting relationship. When you are older you will likely find a real relationship. dont be too hung up on this. enjoy being young and have fun while u can

Yeah thats unusual. you should get some help with that, i mean, an angry confused teenager looking for some answers? maybe just listen to music and quietly hate everything until school is over. then life starts to suck less. Thats what everyone i know did. Yeah boys suck. they are pretty even with the other group that sucks. Girls. They all suck.

Honesty I think your to young to be thinking of love and getting sweep off your feet.
Your youg right now you need to have funn enjoy yourself. Have friends not boyfriends because tennage guys only think with there bottom head.
Have fun, go out with your girls and when you old enough and ready you will find the one.
