Raving Rabbids -- hands down the 2nd best game for Wii. Red Steel is riddled with flaws in the 2nd half of the game.
UPDATE: Wii Play is a crappy game. I bought it and I'm not sure if it's even worth the $10.
There aren't a lot of "epics" to choose from so far. Next month you'll see a handful of good games come out (i.e. Super Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Brothers, etc.)

You like long and hard games, eh? Here's a list of games that you might be interested in.
TRAUMA CENTER: SECOND OPINION - I love this game. You're a surgeon and you save lives of hundreds of people. The Wii's control mechanism goes GREAT with this game, and it's a blast to play. It's on the tough side, especially the extra missions. Once you get the hang of it, you'll enjoy it!
RED STEEL - Not the longest game ever, but it's still worth the buy! Rent it first and see what you think. It's one of my favorite FPSs. The ability to actually aim with your arm and hand makes you feel as if you're really blasting those bad-guys! Plus, the sword fighting makes it even better!
PRINCE OF PERSIA: RIVAL SWORDS - I never got to play this one, but I really want to. A really nice looking platformer that involves ************, flesh-ripping, stealth-sneeking action and adventure. The ratings have said that it's a great game, give it a shot!
SUPER MONKEY BALL: BANANA BLITZ - I've played this, and if you've ever played the monkey ball games, THEY ARE TOUGH. The kinda games that make you wanna toss your controller out the window! But that's the idea of it! It's really freakin' fun, and the wii's controls are soooo cool on it! Kinda kiddy, but still a great game!
NEED FOR SPEED CARBON - Ahh yes, another great edition to the Need for Speed series. How does it feel to fly through the city's streets and escape cops, or even chase down some bandits? With the Wiimote, it feels goooood.
