The decision to deny them bail seems pretty reasonable, though. The charges are serious, three are here illegally, all six probably have ties outside the country that'd make them obvious flight risks.

I believe these men are innocent. They are guilty of nothing more than making a video in jest. They were led along by their noses by the FBI informant. It is clearly a case of entrapment.

These men have lived in the USA for over 20 years now peacefully. They are American citizens. They had no intent to attack Fort Dix. This is just a ploy by the government to keep the American people living in fear of "terrorism". I am just simply not buying it.

LOL this is hysterical. 6 guys are going to take on a US military base with automatic weapons. Please. The least that could have happened was then getting some RPG's and actually representing a threat of some kind.

Yes I think they should have been denied bail. Thank God someone reported their activities to the proper authorities before some other innocent victims were hurt!

Sure was// I am glad the judge was not a diehard liberal . If he had been the judge might have given them PR bail & we would never see them again.
