How do you know the fuel pump is good? Did you check the pressure? Just because you hear it running doesn't mean its good. How did you check the injectors? Did you replace the fuel filter? How do you know all this is good? Did you check for spark at the coil? At the plugs? Did you check the air filter? As you can see there are alot of things can be wrong. If the check engine light came on before the engine died, there may be a stored code in the computer.

I don't need your points, so here goes.

I find it hard to believe someone that is ABLE to test the function of all the items you listed is not able to troubleshoot the problem.

One of the other answerers mentioned the timing belt.
It is possible for the timing belt to jump time and continue to turn the camshafts. However the car will not start, and you may still get good compression in the cylinder, and good spark. Just not spark at the right time.

Also, if the timing belt jumped, valves will be opening and closing at the wrong time.

Never the less, I don't see that you checked for spark??
You say you checked the spark plug wires, and spark plugs.

On a 1995 vetta 2.0 sohc motor the crankshaft timing mark is a white colored line often times a notch interior the crankshaft pulley top above the pulley you ought to make certain a sequence of numbers that has a nil on it that 0 is top lifeless midsection. in case you have the vehicle disassembled place the timing cover on the decrease portion of the engine slide the pulley onto the crankshaft line it up with the wood-ruff key or properly the steel key then insert the retaining bolt and with a wrench or ratchet rotate the engine clock clever until the mark lands on 0. Now for the camshaft there is oftentimes a mark or a small hollow on the kit and a at as quickly as or triangular mark on the top merely at the back of the kit line that up then you quite merely course you t-belt wisely and confirm that the stress it solid. Then your all coated up and double verify you electric powered connections as properly.
