Hard to follow your direction here. Spend much time here and you will find out that many liberals have high jacked the Democratic Party (it wasn't so bad in Truman's day) and made it the party of "no". They don't actually have ideas, they just want to point out what they hate. Hope that answers your question.

There are so many things wrong with this question I do not know where to start. I guess I will just say this, Halliburton does not take anyone's oil. They manufacture equipment used in transportation and refinement of oil. Halliburton does not take any oil, they take money in payment for their work.
