I need this for my Media Arts class to use in a music video. "I JUst Wanna Live."

BTW we are making a music video for the song I Just Wanna Live by Good Charlotte. We have found Sony BMG as the company with copyright on Good Charlotte, but we found no comtact information.

To get copyright permission you usually have to ask/write etc. the artist/producer. You could try searching for the main website, or I believe that if you use the video in your presentation as long as you give full credit to the artist you are fine.

for classroom educational purpose, permissions are not usually needed. this is considered 'fair use' exemption.

public displays and commercial exploitation will require a negotiation with the record label in order to use any music recording taken from a CD.
