Let's see these 6 were conspiring to kill U. S. military personnel during war time. They don't need a lawyer they need to be shot. If this offends people - TOUGH! We live in a world where these Islamo-Facists want to kill us at any costs. What if they had succedded & the slain had been your sons or daughters?

Apparently you are unfamiliar with the Constitution. Everyone is entitled to a fair and speedy trial. That usually means a trial lawyer. One is likely to be appointed by the court for them. If anything that lawyer is an America loving lawyer because he is doing his part to uphold the Constitution and not allow a rush to judgement but give a fair and speedy trial to the accused. I am so amazed how people who accuse others of hating America know so little about the Constitution.

There are lawyers from the ACLU lining up to defend them. Even some Democrates are claiming this was a setup by BUSH.

Unfortunately, a lawyer will probably be appointed for them. Our constitution allows them to be defended and the lawyer may not agree with it, but it is his duty constituionally to provide the best possible defense.
See people have already convicted them and they have not been tried yet. Remember you are innocent until you are proven guilty.
With the patriot act anyone of us could be falsely accused of terrorism and have to defend our selves.

"America hating?" You seem to be the one attacking the Constitution on a regular basis. If you find the way America works so offensive, I'm sure you can find a flight to someplace you'll feel more at home. How about Iran?

Interesting. I guess your view of America is that once accused, you are guilty and you should not be able to hire a competent attorney to defend you. Maybe someday you will be falsely accused of being a terrorist. Would you deserve a lawyer?

God you must really hate the Constitution huh? EVERYONE has a right to counsel and to wage a defense against any charges brought against them, it's one of the GREAT things about America, if they're guilty I hope they get what they deserve but OUR way as always been INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY why don't you leave here if you don't like the laws?
